Standard Flower Delivery Service
- Delivery Time Slots:
We offer delivery in 2-hour time slots from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily. - Standard Delivery Fee:
A flat rate of SGD $18 applies to each delivery within Singapore. - Order Collection Option:
Customers may also choose to self-collect their order during their selected delivery date and time slot.
Self-collection must be made within our opening hours.
Important: Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during your selected time slot to receive the order.
Super Express Delivery
For urgent orders, we offer a Super Express Delivery option:
- Super Express Delivery Fee: SGD $25
This ensures your flowers or gifts are prioritized and delivered as quickly as possible.
Delivery to Remote and Restricted Areas
Certain locations require additional handling and are subject to extra delivery charges:

*Deliveries to Marina Bay Sands require prior registration of the delivery vehicle’s license plate with the security office. Either the sender or recipient must liaise directly with Marina Bay Sands security.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct to avoid delays or failed deliveries. - Recipient Unavailable:
If the recipient is not available during the selected time slot, re-delivery will be subject to additional charges. - Weather and Traffic Conditions:
While we strive to meet all delivery windows, unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic or bad weather may cause slight delays. We appreciate your understanding.
No Return or Exchange Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and customized arrangements, Sunflowerbloomssg does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or collected.
